India is somewhere I have wanted to go to since I was a small child. I studied Hinduism at GCSE and was so intrigued by this culture. It’s the country that we’ve spent the longest amount of time in outside of the UK, the country that has frustrated and infuriated us the most. It’s the country where we’ve met the kindest, most generous people.
The landscape is so diverse with mountains, beaches, tea valleys and the biggest cities. It’s easy to get around but don’t expect to ever be early. You’ll get sick but people will take care of you, you’ll get stuck but people will help you.
